Place is quite, 30 min from the closest village. For us was perfect as we wanted to take the rest far away from the city. One can enjoy sea view from top balcony. Everywhere one can feel nice lavender arroma. Villa is finished in traditional, Istrian style. Each badroom has its own bathroom which is very comfortable. House very clean, fully equipped.

we liked it very much the rooms are brand new so it was very comfortable The bathrooms are also nice and new! Pool and garden are well maintained location is good , close to sea

The house is a masterpiece. everything inside is high quality and valuable. Lots of antique touches whcih we liked. Beds are very big and comfortable, we slept very good. Although outside was hot , the inside of the house was suprisingly cold( owners said it is beacuse of thick stone walls). The pool area was big with lots of space to sunbath. There is also a big terrace with bbq which we used everyday. The owners were really nice, especially Luka , everything went smooth, at the arrival we were welcomed and showed the house and explained some rules , mostly to take care of the house and dont damage anything. We definitely reccomend this place. We are comming back next year. Thnak you for wonderful vacation!

Amazing place and really relaxed host. You have so many activities to do in the house, so even a rainy day isn’t boring. Recommend it!
