You will notice right away how much love was put into this estate. It's clean and in perfect shape. The pool with it's outside shower is absolutely gorgeous, always cool (temperature-wise ;) ) and of good water quality (new filtering technique. It doesn't smell or tastes of chlorine). Our kids loved it and had no skin-related issues. The additional outside "dining room" with it's own refigerator, grill (gas and wood) and sink is perfect for every cooking action outside! A comfortable baby bed and chair are available. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes by car and a large one in Buzet 15 minutes away. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are nice and clean. You have the possibility to park your car in the shadow. At last but not least, the hosts are super friendly and whenever you need something, you can reach them. To sum up: For us, it was one of the best vacation ever!

Mirno mesto, ljubazan domaćin, čisto. Mesto je odlično za prenoćiti, odmoriti se, i obići sva ta divna mesta oko Ročkog polja. Leti se može koristiti bazen. S obzirom da nema TV-a, niti kuhinju, osim frižidera i ketlera, a da je WiFi prilično loš, ovo mesto je izuzetno za praaaavi odmor!

We've spent three nights in April in Luana house with two small children under two years old. Both adults and children enjoyed the house and its content a lot. The interior is truly cozy. Another couple travelled with us and there was enough space for everybody's privacy and also for board games nights when children are asleep. :) There are two restaurants nearby. We didn't try them though because we were looking forward to barbecuing in the yard. It was also perfect. The location is peaceful. If you want to see some Istrian cities or national beauties, by car everything is quickly reachable. The hosts were really nice and kind, baked us cakes and shared rakija with us. :) We have not one objection.

We had in this apartment everything what we needed. It is exceeded our expectations, there were greeting wine, fruits, soft drinks. Location, for us was perfect. Small vilage in the mountains, in the midle of Istria. From there you can get to any location in Istrija by highway. In village very friendly neighbors, you feel there like at home. There are few hiking tracks starting in the village to the top of the mountain with beautiful view from the top. Owners of appartment very friendly, you feel like you know them for years. Looking forward to come back next year!!
