Nick is a great host and keeps his property in impecable shape. Although the condo is not on the cheap end, it stands out on a local market. There are not too many properties around that offer the same value for the similar price.The condo is super clean, well-maintained, and Nick is always willing to help should you need any help. The building is just across the beach area, and on the bus line to the city center. I will stay there again for sure when I come on my next trip.

This attractive luxury apartment meets American high standards, and includes everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway. Spotlessly clean, modern decor, gorgeous bathroom with shower with that has a safety bar (my elderly mother appreciated that), and comfortable furniture, and a full closet (with hangers) so we could properly unpack. Thoughtful additions such as a sewing kit, foot bath, blow dryer, hairbrush, toothbrushes, even slippers. The kitchen has a proper sized fridge, dishes (Corelle!) and cookware, microwave and built in stove top. It's across the street from a parking lot and the best beach in Ashkelon. Highly, highly recommend it!

The hosts were very nice, especially Dina! She is very kind and helped us with a lot with local issues as this is our first trip to Israel .They speak Hebrew, so they translated for us and helped us find a rental car that could be rented in Ashkelon but returned in Tel-Aviv. Affordability Nice area Beautiful view from the windows and large terrace, perfect breakfast or just coffee in the morning. Jacuzzi Huge bathroom TV in English. Look for "Yes!" channels in TV Guide. A small fridge in the room and a full-sized one in the corridor. Beautifully landscaped garden Two fountain installations, one inside and one outside, with Koi goldfish! Within a 15-minute walking distance to the beach or cheap Gett ride away. Clean Landry service for 20 NIS for whatever amount you had.
