I recently stayed at ZENNOVA during my trip to ALAPPEY and I must say, it was an exceptional experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff was incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment . The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and I particularly enjoyed the luxurious bedding and well-appointed bathroom. The hotel's location was also ideal, conveniently situated near Railway Station making it easy to navigate the area and explore everything the city has to offer. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the attention to detail and the commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, especially in light of current circumstances. I felt reassured knowing that the hotel was taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of its guests. Overall, my experience at ZENNOVA was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in ALAPPEY. Absolutely superb boutique accommodation, right on the Backwaters... best so far. We had 2 rooms and the very welcome plunge pool. Everything about the place was serene and relaxing. David is a wonderful host, and we enjoyed chatting with him about his experiences in our country, Ireland. Anish was extremely helpful, especially on arrival after our long journey. We did kayaking, and canal tour from the accommodation and really enjoyed these. The location is sublime...right on the river. I'll never forget that sunrise. We enjoyed a delicious home-cooked dinner on the deck. Just book it!!

We stayed here for three nights and felt utterly relaxed when we left. The villas are located right on the water, with amazing views. The villas are clean and comfortable (a TV with Netflix was a massive bonus too)! What made our stay so lovely was the lovely people hosting us, we were waited on hand and foot and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

the family was so sweet and hospitable!! adored them. i could have stayed much longer just hanging out. the rooms were clean and cozy and the AC worked so well I had to turn it off. the location was quite and beautiful! one of my favorite home-stays in India 🥰

Breakfast was good and served on time. The chef and helper were really good. Overall food experience was good, but the prices were a bit high.
