The property was exceptional. Very clean, with lovely interior, comfortable, specious, warm, and with an amazing view. We had horses outside in the field which added to the nice atmosphere. There was a clean hot tub as a great bonus to the property. The kitchen was fully equipped and specious and everything was in good working condition. Located in a close proximity to many tourist attractions and destinations. It was the best property on our trip. The communication with the owner was very good and check in and out was easy.

Perfect family holiday home with everything that you would need. Great use of technology used in the home. Superb hot tub and sauna. Location remote but fantastic views and perfect for northern lights spotting - really great stay - didn’t want to leave. HIGHLY recommended

Absolutely stunning little cottage not far from Selfoss. A total of 5 lodges sit overlooking two beautiful mountains and away from any real towns, perfect circumstances for a beautiful starry night from the hot tub. We were lucky enough to see a display of the Northern Lights whilst relaxing in the tub. This little lodge had everything we needed for a short break on our trip to Iceland. We popped to the supermarket 20 minutes away and got enough to cook for a couple of days; we just needed food, the lodge had everything else. Brilliant hosts, who were quick to check up on us to make sure everything was okay with our check in and were quick to respond when we needed a nearby shop that sold snow spikes, giving us great tips as to where to find them. This sits about an hour from Reykjavik in a beautiful part of the country, easy to get to the Golden Circle or Thingvellir national park. It makes for a great base to carry on to Vik. It made for a perfect stay in a stunning country.

The staff was very kind, the room was big and clean, and design of the room was also amazing. Breakfast was also delicious, it was a wonderful experience.

Amazing stay at the yurt! The design and the attention to the small details make the place very cosy and enjoyable. The hosts were extremely welcoming and the breakfast was really great. Too bad we only stayed just one night...
