Wonderful location, the owner was extremely friendly and generous. The restaurant was lovely and the nearby stable was great for horse-petting. Vineyard and vegetable garden are great to see as well.

Well located, easy to drive to, parking outside the door. The area its located in is a charming ,quiet residential area with good security. Also an easy walk to the Metro to access the centre of Brescia. The Owner was very helpful in checking us in early, helped with luggage and navigating the Metro. Very friendly, helpful guy. Our suite was spacious and clean, very modern with good facilities such as bathroom/toilets etc. Breakfast was in the kitchen which was fine and comfortable.

The problems were attended to promptly by the property manager. She did her best to help. As with many old apartment buildings that have been renovated there were still problems with sticky windows and old plumbing, but overall all the basics were there and working. Property manager was helpful at the end of the stay when it was pouring rain - she let us stay another hour and ordered a taxi for us to drop off the keys. English was not spoken well by anyone in Brescia - not even taxi drivers. Close to metro which was very convenient. Using WhatsApp to communicate with the property manager worked well.
