Great B&B just outside of La Spezia. Quite, clean, comfortable and Marie was an excellent host to our family, always warm and more than happy to provide usefull tips for visiting Cinque Terre and Porto Venere.

Beautiful scenery, close to La Spenzia central train station to catch train to Cinque Terre yet on a hill overlooking the city. Ale had great advice and recommendations, including exploring nearby Porto Verde - many treasures and great memories. The place was clean, comfy, and had all the amenities. They let us check in early, had a continental breakfast, and a gift of olive oil made from the property. We are happy we stayed here and would do it again!

Comfort is guaranteed with the cozy accommodations, complete with a small television and air conditioning. Now, let's talk about the owner, a wonderfully warm-hearted Italian gentleman. Each morning, I was fortunate enough to savor a cup of authentic Italian coffee with him, truly a delightful experience. During my stay, I had a load of laundry to tackle, and the staff kindly allowed me to use their washer, going the extra mile by even hanging my clothes to dry. For a small fee, they even ironed and folded my laundry, ensuring it looked impeccable. The location couldn't be more perfect, especially if you're traveling by car. With free parking available and convenient proximity to the train station and boats that transport you to the charming tourist areas of this region.

Very original concept that allows you to get to know more human Italian locations! The farm was completely charming, the family super profesional but friendly also, and the food excellent. I recommend to take the diner here because is really good (homemade, fresh ingredients, authentic and hearty). The facilities are as changing as comfortable!

The property is a great value for money deal if you are looking to stay away from the city and spend your time in the midst of quiet pleasant nature. All the necessary facilities are made available by the host Jessica. The communication was smooth and early check in and late check out request was agreed to without any hesitation. Having your own vehicle is a must to stay at this place. All in all, if you want to avoid the crowds, this is your go to spot.
