What a view! For that view you need to drive a road that some people would find difficult. But you get used to it and the locals are so understanding and assertive to help where they can to let you pass by. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with good strong coffee and sweet pastries (every day something different). This small B&B is run by a very kind and warm family, where nothing is too much to ask. The son speaks good English and is happy to give suggestions for a good experience at the Como lake (places to visit/relax/shop, foods to try, hikes). The parents only speak Italian, but they are so heartwarming and kind that it doesn't matter and the charm wouldn't be the same without their personality.

Appartment is placed few minutes by car up from the lake. It is clean and quite chilly which makes it perfect place to rest after hot, sunny day on the beach. There is everything you need, even cosy fireplace and the kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom is quite small but appartment perfectly suited our needs and we got exactly what we expected for a very good price especially during high season. The owner Rita is very nice and eager to help so all our questions and needs were addressed perfectly. Moreover if you need some tips about the places to eat or visit just talk to owner and you will not regret :)

Everything was good! Very nice and quite place. Gorgeous lake view. Everything required was in apartment. Clean and comfortable. Couple local restaurants close to location if you don't want to go down to the lake for dinner. We enjoyed every day. Thank you!

Well equipped house, clean and a short drive away from main points of attraction. Nice views of the lake and mountains around the property. The swimming pool was great for the kids. All together, good value for money and recommended for a short family stay!
