Perfect location to see Pisa and Lucca, but also was the cleanest booking we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was exceptional and we were even served early to accomodate our early flight. The rooms were unique-- a very boutique hotel feel. There is a lovely garden to sit in and we had a view of the hills from our upstairs window.

Incredible apartment, the pictures do this no justice! It's huge and very comfortable with everything you could need. We used the pool area which is also very rare in italy. The host went out of her way numerous times to help us get taxis and rent scooters. Thank you for everything!

Rooms are very clean and well-maintained，and the neighborhood is beautiful，relaxing and tranquil. Marisa，the landlady is thoughtful，kind and good at communicating with guests from different cultures（plus good command of English ）. We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.
