It's a quiet and safe little community. It's at the bottom floor, so that's very convenient. Maximilian is very helpful and checks up on us if we need anything. I messaged him very late at night coming from Genoa and he replied in no time. His instructions are very clear. Also the shower rooms are very big and modernized compareed to regular Italian shower rooms. Highly recommended.

Dinner and breakfast were AMAZING!!! Room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. We unfortunately were only there for one night and it was pouring down rain the whole time so we were not able to take advantage of the grounds, pool, or animals. I'd definitely recommend it.

The apartment is in a lovely location in the hills near Genoa. The apartment is newly renovated, everything is clean and fresh. We had rented a car, but it is also possible to take a local bus to nearby towns.

If you are looking for relaxing holiday, so you are in the right place, you can enjoy the nature with alot of fruits trees around or you can visit Genoa with meny activities, the place owner are too much kind and helpful and the house is very beautiful and clean. I enjoyed my time with my family and I for sure recommend this place.

Though I had some special requests (I was on the way by bycicle) the host was very friendly and helpful. Even my late arrival could be arranged, as well as a small breakfast as I left early again. Thank you again, Ugo, very much for this. It was highly appreciated. The house itselves is a jewel. It's a pitty I could only stay for one night. It's quietly situated, spacious rooms, very clean and a very attentive host. A nice little garden to relax belongs to the house too.
