Everything was wonderful. This place felt a bit like paradise with a garden full of palm trees and the ocean just in front. The apartment was really spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen, a really modern bathroom and a super comfy bed. The hosts were also super nice, really quick in replying to all of my questions and really welcoming. They even brought us the most delicious almond cookies. Thank you again for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and highly recommend it. The location is perfect, close to the old town and just 100 meters from a beautiful rocky beach. Free parking was always available right in front of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, beautifully decorated with attention to detail. It had everything we needed and more. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a generous welcome package of wine, snacks, fruits, and sweets. Eleanora, our host, was incredibly kind and made sure our check-in and entire stay went smoothly. Her hospitality and genuine care were exceptional. It's evident that she manages the apartment with love and passion. In summary, this apartment offers a great location, tasteful decor, and every little convenience you could ask for. With a wonderful host like Eleanora, our stay was truly memorable. We can't recommend it enough!

The Location was perfect. The Sea was just a 3 min walk away. The apartment was beautiful decorated. The size was also perfect for two people.

Excellent location (1 minute to the sea), very comfortable apartment with large terrace fully furnished with two umbrellas, table and outdoor furniture. Also 5 minutes from a park and cafe bars, fish store, fruit and vegetables, etc. Good kitchen and comfortable bed. Also Giovanni is the ideal host.

The place is Amazing! Gaetano is an incredibly caring, available and nice host and you can feel his passion through the care, and attention to any detail. He is also available to give any kind of advice to visit the area, including recommended restaurants not only in Syracusa but also in the other main towns around (tested and confirmed some of them). The room is cozy, relaxing and very well furnished. The Location is amazing and the sea view for the rooms having it is stunning! The location is convenient for parking in the street (also in high season). A parking is also available in the building, but we found any difficulty to park in the street. 10 min walking distance to Ortigia, private beach access (and beach chairs provided!). The breakfast is offered in a cafe 5 @ min walking distance, which serves amazing typical sicilian breakfast. Definetely recommended.
