Appartamento Giulio is an amazing place with beautiful garden. The view from the terrace is incredible, you can admire the sunset over Firenze each evening. Apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, you will find everything you need during your stay. The place is very quiet, excellent for relax and sleeping in. We enjoyed the pool hidden in the garden, moreover there are only two appartments rented, so you can enjoy it in peace and quiet without crowds. Maria is an amazing host, she speaks excellent English, she's very friendly and always gives many advices and recommendations that we used during our stay. I recommend buying eggs and olive oil from Maria's farm (simply delicious) and attending pizza night organized each weekend by community center in the neighbourhood (delicious food combined with very homely atmosphere). Apartment's location is a great starting point for trips, not only close to Firenze, but also you can easily reach Siena, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano. If you are planning holidays in Tuscany, Appartamento Giulio is the perfect place for your stay. We cannot wait to come back!

The locals are friendly and very are hospitable. The location of the object is phenomenal. Peace, quiet and a beautiful view of Florence. The next trip to Florence takes us to the same location again. Who wants a holiday outside of Florence, and whenever he wants to go on a tour of Florence, he cannot find a better and more beautiful accommodation.

Great location and appartement. The appartement was very clean, definitely big enough for two people and had all the facilities needed. The couch was bigger and more comfortable than expected from the photo ;) Violetta is a great host that provides a personal touch with very good tips for local activities. Visiting Florence from this location was very easy and there are a lot of hiking routes starting from walking distance from the appartement.

The hostess was super friendly, very helpful. The room was very nice, clean and cozy. The terrace provides a nice view of the flowing mountains and a distant glance at Florence. We had a wonderful time at this place!

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The garden is wonderful and the view of Florence and Tuscany hills, amazing. Barbara and her family are amazing people! She was attentive to every detail, very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return when we’ll visit Florence/Tuscany again.

Our stay at the Villa Casignano was Awesome ! Deeply nestled away in the Tuscany foothills just outside of Florence is this beautiful property. Tina and Maurizio were Amazing hosts. They went above and beyond in making sure are all our needs were met. Our daughters even got to experience the joy of feeding their horses and donkeys. Watching the sun rise and hearing the birds chirp was priceless. To top things off, they referred us to a Wonderful restaurant, Nuovo Ranch. Absolutely Superb ! Thank You for an Awesome stay. Mark Regne Unit

The villa is beautifully decorated and absolutely huge ! There was plenty of room for our family of four, but the villa could easily accommodate 8-10 people. The swimming pool is very large and was a particular favourite with our teenage kids. The views all around the villa are spectacular.

We loved the hilltop mansion and grounds as well as its proximity to everything. AnaLisa and Ezio are gracious and caring. Their food is truly wonderful and they are very good at directing you to areas of interest. They’re native to Florence and know everything! We took a day trip to Venice on the FrecciaRossa… it was great!!
