The property is nice, few steps from Friar’s beach. The neighborhood is quiet and we feel safe during our stay. Alan, the manager, is exceptional! He went above and beyond to help us on our first day to get a phone SIM card. He accompanied us to Marigot and walked with us to a phone service shop and to Monoprix so we can buy soap and shampoo. Alan is very attentive and caring. He recommended local restaurants to us. Thank you very much Alan for your outstanding hospitality.

Exceptional location right by the beautiful, turquoise ocean and only about 5 minutes' walk to more lively area with beach clubs, restaurants, shops etc. There is a bakery and supermarket nearby, as well as ATM. Wifi worked well which was important to me as I was combining a few weeks of work and holidays. The hosts Bruno and Barbara are super responsive, very kind and supportive. I could not recommend this place more, absolutely loved it and hope to return soon!

We had an absolutely beautiful 4 days here. The apartment was perfect for us. Full kitchen, loads of storage space, quick and cold AC, and such a lovely terrace. The hammock was a treat, along with the view of lush hills, waterway, and the sea beyond. It was quiet with friendly neighbors, and only one minute walk to the beach. We relaxed at Happy Moon Beach, took in glorious dusk colors at Friars Bay Beach, and had a savory French lunch there as well. We hiked to Marigot to take in sights there. My favorite meal was with a delightful local couple at Gutside: fresh snapper with homemade hot sauce, and they were so much fun! The apartment owner Marco was the best. He responded immediately to any inquiries (we had no problems). He even assisted us when we faced potential car rental issues (they worked themselves out, just took a couple hours). I give this apartment my strongest recommendation if you're looking to get away but still have facilities nearby. Merci Beaucoup Marco & Veronique!
