What a superb location, a fully equipped individual unit with no near neighbours surrounded by peace and tranquility. Not too far from the local (Warkworth) amenities, but we did have the advantage of a hire car. We could not recommend more highly, as a couple it was perfect, for us. We visited from the UK (via OZ) in January, so had the best of the NZ weather. Lovely local beaches and dark (no street lighting) intense starlit skies by night. Sat and counted the shooting stars and satellites. From the UK we had a ten stop return trip including Dubai, Singapore, Perth, Sydney, Queenstown (NZ), Bangkok and more. Each to their own, but this place was a highlight, again for us. If you want to party on down Warkworth barn is likely not for you, but if you want a fully relaxing, step out of the rat race experience, then this should be, a possibly unique experience. If we were not based so far away (UK) and were likely to visit again I would not be leaving this review, I would be keeping a valued secret to myself !

A very wonderful cottage and tucked away nicely. Very clean, spacious enough for two and the hot tub was sensational (plus the chocolates on arrival, as they did not last long). We will be back 100% and thanks to the host for welcoming us and being helpful.

Spacious house, nice views and great location for exploring the area. 4 generous sized bedrooms (2 ensuite) and fully equipped kitchen. Nice deck to sit out and enjoy the view.
