The apartment was very spacious, clean and well maintained. We liked that the parking is right in front of the building and its a 2-minute walk to a couple of supermarkets. The building has an elevator which is good for the elderly or PWDs. We liked that the hotel has a cafe and they deliver to your room when you order. The apartment has a small living room with tv; the kitchen is with basic equipments such as a cooking stove, cookwares, a fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. Bedroom was well prepared with linens looking like they were professionally pressed. The staff were very accommodating and polite, they even allowed us for +1 hour late checkout. The location is in the outskirts of downtown but it was not an issue as we had a rental car. Overall, its a great value for money, even exceeded expectations, I highly recommend this hotel apartments if you are traveling as a group or family or even if alone. **photos were taken when we were leaving and checking out.

Excellent hotel at a convenient location. Parking available just in front of the hotel (go around the fuel station). The center is just a couple of minutes. The hotel is very nice and clean. Our family room was very large and well furnished. Even including a kitchen corner. But we did not use it as there's an excellent restaurant within the complex. Breakfast was very good and we also went for dinner to the restaurant and were very happy with the good. This hotel and the restaurant are one of the best places we stayed in Oman and would be happy to return one day.

very very old bed, blanket, towels, ..need all to buy new .. also toilet door is broken and stuck.. once close will not open.. need to be replaced.
