It was a fabulous experience to stay at Casa das Amelias. The property is worthy of a design prize. The owners and staff were very super friendly and offered wine as a welcome gift. The breakfast was incredibly yummy with homemade cake, jam, granola, eggs cooked to your liking and all the other options a good breakfast needs. It was heaven! Lounge at the pool and make excursions to Aveiro or Viseu, both only a short drive away.

    The facilities were great, the village is small, quiet and perfect for relaxing away from the large cities. Very close to Vouzela, Sao Pedro do Sul and Viseu. I absolutely recommend this property for a nice weekend get away. Isabel and Fernando, the hosts, are just the best. Extremely friendly, great hosts and super accomodating any needs one might have. It was a five star weekend to return for sure.
