A nice property in an amazing location... At the end of a winding road with views of both mountains and the ocean, the house sits at the top of a practically private walkway down to the town center. The space itself is comfortable, with everything needed for a short to medium-length stay. Windows in the bedroom and kitchen in particular provide great views and air from inside the property!

The location is perfect in silent village between mountains. There is the fresh air in the morning and evening, when we spent time in terrace. We found everything we needed.

Everything was perfect. Nice and clean with everything you need. Maybe for longer stays you’ll feel the lack of a washing machine, but for our 5 nights stay we didn’t need it. The fact that there was coffee was just the cherry on top. The host was replying really fast to our messages. Fast as in instant.

From the main bedroom and living room you have direct view of the coast and the ocean. There are all facilities for a house even a fireplace. Plenty of room for a family and the area was not crowded at the time of our visit. Enough parking space which is a luxury on this island.

Location is convenient, close to the supermarket with excellent choice of local fruit and other products (always fresh and excellent bread!); a variety of exciting scenic paths start next to the property. Apartment is comfortable with excellent see view; all sort of appliances and small kitchen make you feel at home. Internet is reliable; also connected to the TV set. Hosts are friendly and easy to contact if needed. Community swimming pool with sea water is an excellent bonus to all visitors of Ponta Delgada. Looking forward to staying there again.
