It was very nice stay. The guesthouse is in good location, close to main street and town centre, only 10 minutes walk to bus terminal. It is also very quiet place. The host is also very nice and helpfull. If I ever back to Sukhothai I once again choose this place.

Great location located in a quiet backstreet with very short distance to shops and restaurants on the main street, so walking distance to everything one would need. The bus terminal is about 15-20 min away if you walk, the bus stop for the "songthaew" to old city is only a few minutes away. Spacious rooms with AC and fridge. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cannot praise enough, in the new town 150 baht to the new city. Both have lots going on in them. An amazing room and t he pool was lovely. Spotlessly clean, all facilities you’d need, kind staff and owners, lovely breakfast spread. 100% recommend

The place is very cozy and comfortable, I loved my room with a small balcony, I really felt at home. The pool is fantastic when you want to cool off a bit after all the heat. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely come back.
