1000/10! The best hotel during my trip in Thailand. Everything was perfect! The location was super close to the bus station and to restos and night bazaar. I love the room and the bathroom so much, so clean and so spacious. I had a very good sleep here. There was netflix available too! The hotel didn’t provide breakfast but there was toast and coffee and tea available, so it was like a simple but nice breakfast already (coffee and tea and snacks are available all the time!) The dining or common room was also cute and nice. I love the host paid attention to details, making the place so beautiful and relaxing. Like the signage in the hotel, this place has 4 super cute cats, so adorable and lovable. The best part from this place is the amazing people who work here, thank you so much! Nat in particular was so helpful, nice, and friendly, making my stay more at home. Kab bhun ka Nat!

Great location, spacious and comfortable room, ok bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was tasty even though it was a bit limited in variety. The hosts were nice and friendly. This is my second visit to Chiang Rai and I would definitely recommend the place.

Very good location. Quiet and within walking distance to restaurants, venues, and a 7-11 close by. Private entrance with coded security door. Good Air-conditioning. Very good Laundry service. Room is clean, modern, plenty of hot water, nice big TV, Serviced daily. Free water delivered daily. This property has a home like atmosphere. There is a very nice eating area with Snacks for sale, microwave, hot water kettle available for use by tenants. There is a very good, inexpensive tour provided of the area attractions. I highly recommend it. It can be booked through the hotel. The rooms are facing the road where there is traffic during the day however I did not find it annoying. At night I did not notice any excessive noise from the road or from any of the other tenants. The room is well insulated.

Everything. The place is clean, quiet, well kept. The bed is super comfortable. The shower has hot water, the decoration makes you feel at home. The staff is very helpful they give you tips on what to see around and you can rent a scooter directly there. The breakfast is very nice and has plenty of different options with delicious homemade marmelade. One regret is not being able to stay more. Thank you for everything 🙏

We loved it! A very cute room that was just perfect for a few days in Chiang Mai. It gives you a real feel of what it's like to live like a local. The owner is also fantastic at helping give directions to get to the location (which is not far from city center, about a 20min walk). She also let us rent her bikes!

The beds are European style soft and comfortable unlike many other properties in Asia. This style of mattress is a unique find and a very good investment from the owner; on par with many 5 star hotels. It was like I was sleeping at home for a night. Vast and deep sleep. The shower was powerful and hot, again like home. Nice bathtub too! Thank you for this attention to the basics that matter.

    We spent only two nights to explore Chiang Rai! This accommodation was ideal, providing everything we required. The air conditioning was excellent, and there were tours available for booking. They helped us book the day tour to explore the White temple, Blue temple, Long neck village etc., and it was amazing! We would have extended our stay if we hadn't already booked a flight. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
