Mr. Lai, the owner/keeper, was great. He provided me a lot of good information, such as tourist attractions, where to eat, transportation, etc. He loaned me his bike, so I was able to go to the ferry harbor/terminal before its closing at 5 PM. With his bike, I visited all the local tourist attractions. He even arranged transportation (taxi) for me and another guest to go to the ferry harbor/terminal very early next morning.

Located just three minutes from Dongshi's main strip, this hotel is perfect for unfussy, budget minding people – especially if they have a pet. The rooms are bright and clean, and the vibe is light and happy. There's also a second floor balcony that's open to all guests which is nice to hang out on. Our dog was welcome and we were not charged a deposit or cleaning fee.
