What more could one ask for? Situated on a quiet and bucolic cul-de-sac in Falls Church that is centrally located in the NOVA/DMV area, this place checks ALL of the boxes. It was very well-appointed, with essentially brand-new everything. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom included a very good hair dryer, more towels than we actually needed, and even the little things, like Q-Tips and cosmetic pooves. The kitchen was fantastic, with a brand-new stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, all of the crockery/cutlery/dishes, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer. There was even a stackable washer/dryer. We highly recommend this place, especially if you want to be in the midst of everything (close to the District), but without the great din from the highways. Compared with hotel prices in the area, this is definitely the way to go!

Very cozy, comfortable, and clean. Owners were friendly and responsive to questions via messaging, without being intrusive. Great location if you have a rental car. It was quiet & the apartment has nice light through the windows, which felt more homey than a hotel room.

The property is exactly as described and depicted on Booking.com. It's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It's clear that the host cares a great deal and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The host responded quickly and solved the (very) minor issues we had (more linen for the beds). The house was equipped with almost everything we needed, although it would have been nice to have 2-3 more pots and pans (we cooked for two families). However, we didn't communicate it to the host because it wasn't critical for us, just something to pay attention to if you plan to cook a lot. The house was very clean, including the bathrooms. WiFi worked very well. Everything was in a working condition, and you can tell the host is paying attention to all the small detailes. HIGHLY recommended.
