We stayed in the Papaya unit and would definitely stay here again. The unit was spacious, clean, and had an excellent view. The extra touches, like beach towels and chairs and a cooler, were so unexpected and very much appreciated. Check in and check out were simple too. I would warn future guests to be ready for the steep roads of St John. We had a small SUV and had no problems, but these hills are way past what I'm used to driving. Just take it slow and you'll be fine. There's even parking on site, which is a big deal on St John.

Everything was perfect. Clean, and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Having two patios was really nice because when it rained we got to still sit and enjoy the view and the sound of mother nature. The service was great as well. We were very low maintenance and didn't need anything but they did a good job with communicating and sending more than enough info for taxis etc. Make sure to communicate with taxi drivers if you're going to stay out late because the place is a 6-minute drive in the hills from town, not far at all but you don't want to walk in the middle of the night and drivers usually don't just hang around at night. I will for sure stay here again.

Perfect location. Close to Cruz Bay, amazing sunset views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, quiet and room to park a full size car.

the porch was a great spot for the family to gather and the views were incredible. opening up the French doors leading to the porch let in the cool pleasant breeze.

it was very spacious, and fit the 3 of us perfectly. I appreciated the strong air conditioning too! The resort is a well maintained property, and has a lovely beach. Red Hook is only a 5 minute drive away, so we were close to all the restaurants, bars, and the ferry.
