Very nice lady at front desk, rooms weee so big and so cheap! Loved it here. Great bathrooms with nice hot water and free soap and tooth brushes! Also we rented a bike from owner with gas and we forgot to fill up before returning :((

Very cozy stay. The family that runs this place is so friendly and warm! Vi helped me plan my (skeptically long) stay so that I can enjoy Chau Doc's charm and the parents were always generous, gentle and kind. The place itself is central, very close to the riverside and ferry boat stop, and Vi helped me arrange the free shuttle to the coach station. The room was clean, with fan and AC and had a lot of toiletries, a clean large bathroom and two small desks. Internet worked fine. It's a place designed to make the guests feel at home, with good attention to detail. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

This was a really pleasant homestay with modern rooms and facilities. Our room was very spacious with large comfortable beds. It also had a large fridge and coffee/tea set-up. We loved the view from the balcony over fields and forests. We also appreciated the help of the staff in arranging a tour of Tra Su bird sanctuary with moto drivers and bus tickets. They also called our arriving bus and arranged for us to be dropped off at the hotel. There are some nice restaurants and great pho nearby. We also enjoyed taking the ferry to visit the Cham community.

The room was comfortable. There are a number of options to have local food nearby. The receptionist was nice and helpful. You can rent motorbikes for 150K per day. But attention: as the property is located inside the border area, non-Vietnamese are not allowed to stay.

The location is perfect to visit Tra Su Reserve, Sam Mountain and city center. The staff was very helpful. On site motorbike rental was great.

We rented a whole villa which was supposed to have 3 bedrooms with A/C and private bathrooms. It turns out that the third bedroom was in the attic with only a little opening for a window. The A/C was very noisy and only worked intermittently. On top of it all, the bathroom was located on the ROOF and it can only be reached by walking across the roof and out in the rain! Finally the property is located on a Main Street where large trucks pass through at all hours of day and night.
