I stayed at SweetMar Rooms for just one night — last night, in fact — and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. I booked around 21:00, very last-minute, but the communication was excellent. I received a message shortly after booking asking for my estimated arrival time. I wasn’t sure, as I was waiting for a sometimes-unreliable bus from Tigaki to Kos town, but the staff replied kindly with, “No problem, we’ll wait for you.” When I arrived, I found a very clean and functional room, perfect for a short stay. The room had everything I needed: ✔️ A comfortable large bed ✔️ TV, fridge, air conditioning ✔️ Glasses (wine and beer), fork, knife, etc. ✔️ A small kitchenette ✔️ A nice wardrobe space ✔️ A beautiful private terrace with a table, two chairs, and even a parasol — perfect for enjoying the Greek sun! The bathroom was modern and spotless, with a great rain shower. In the morning, I was greeted by Alexa, who offered me a cold caffè latte — a thoughtful touch and exactly what I needed to start a hot day! All of this for just €42 a night — honestly, a great deal for the location and the quality. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or anyone needing a well-equipped base in Kos town. 📍 Clean, responsive, and full of little touches that make the difference.

Great luxury villas. All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

Pillbox Apartments are those apartments you see on your holiday and wish you booked it! We were blown away by how perfect the place was. We flew in from the hustle and bustle of Santorini, into a haven of seafront quiet. We had one of the patio apartments, which had a full kitchen, washing machine, terrace and straight onto sandy seafront. We only wish we stayed for longer. Kardamena is close to the airport, and it's a delightfully compact town, with everything you might need only a 2 minute walk away from Pillbox. Emmanuel is a gent, always a text message away, and the Greek cats that come with the property were just delightful! We are already planning our next holiday here in September (which is a great time to come!)
