The room was nice and clean. It was great to have parking immediately in front, with everything under camera surveillance, which was amazing! The location was convenient for us as it was right in the middle of our journey. We didn’t meet the staff, but everything was very easy to manage on our own.

Very good location, right in the Old Town. The room was large, very clean and cozy. There is also a nice courtyard with tables and chairs. Unbelievably friendly host Janet. She explained exactly how to get there, then came with us to the parking lot and helped us find a spot. Thank you very much Janet, you made us feel like long-awaited friends, not just customers ❤️

Matatagpuan sa Parma, malapit sa Parma Railway Station, Parco Ducale Parma, at Palazzo della Pilotta, mayroon ang Piumaviola Beds & Apartments ng shared lounge. Great, friendly and helpfull staff. Books, art albums and really usefull Parma visit recomndations were waiting for us. Very cosy common area with tea and some little sweets. Nice and well decorated building. And great location - very close to the beautiful city center. We would like to come back one day.

The room was very nice and clean, the bathroom was really spacious and the shower was wow! Staff was very helpful and super nice! I would highly recommend this place!

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the property. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and the passion that the owners have for their property. We also enjoyed interaction with other guests several of whom had stayed at the property on previous occasions. We appreciated being able to have a place to store our bicycles. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Perfect location, outstanding staff and service, and very clean, spacious rooms. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.
