The private house was very spacious and cozy. The owner was nice and friendly and recommended us some good restaurants. The newly built bathroom was clean. It might be difficult to access if you don’t have a car. A convenience store, a public bath and some good restaurants locate five mins away from the place. Good place for the price.

Kotobukian 寿庵 in Awaji provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Beautiful views in a historic shared house. Dorms on the first floor, and two private rooms on the second. Both floors have a shared bathroom. The owners are an incredibly friendly couple who love to talk and give advice about the area. Be sure to use their map for how to drive to the property!

2.8 km from Kinumaki Shrine, Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu is a recently renovated property situated in Toyooka and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The room was big and clean. The location is also good. It was near to the train station, restaurants and shops.

Offering sea views, Miharaso is an accommodation set in Toyooka, 1.4 km from North Disaster Earthquake Monument and 1.9 km from Kehi Shrine. Great breakfast was provided, and the staff are super nice even if there's a language barrier. It's a bit of a distance from the Onsen town but the staff picked us up from the train station and brought us to the hotel, then dropped us back off at the Onsen town with a pickup time and location to meet them when it was time to leave. They even loaned us umbrellas due to the rain. If you're on a budget but want to go to Kinosakionsen town and have a nice stay you can't do much better than this

Tabiyu Abrigo is located in the Arima Onsen district of Kobe, a few steps from Arima Toys and Automata Museum, 100 metres from Onsen-ji Temple and 200 metres from Nenbutsu-ji Temple. Clean and fits my needs. 2mins away from public on-sen facility.
