The guest relations team was excellent - Amin, Lilian, and Marcelo were friendly and warm. They provided great cuisine recommendations and a brief overview of local activities. The hotel location was also walking distance from the town center and restaurants. I'll strongly consider booking the Roots again when I visit Faro.

This country house features an outdoor swimming pool and is located a 5-minute drive from Tavira. Casa Branca is a 15-minute drive from the harbour connecting with Tavira Island and the beach. Very friendly staff, quiet location in nature. Room had a great view! Pre-ordered dinner was great. We cant complain at all:)

This accomodation is one of the best hotels experiences in our life, and we did travel a lot, all across Europe! From 1 to 10 we give them 15. We really can't and don't want to hide our delight and feelings they help us experience during our staying in the GHJ. Every single detail (and there are so many of them) expressed their seriousness in hotel business, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decorations of rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, entries, balconies, to small details of wrapping the towels, b.coats and slippers, the way they leave candies, offer options of shampoos and a lot of it,..it is simply impossible not to be astonished by efforts they made and commitment they express to their guests so they could fell like kings or queens. We made booking of this accomodation having a very few informations about it and not knowing what to expect, but now, we both want to say huge thank you to all of the staff of this beautiful touristic jewel of Faro. Special thanks to Alessandra who was so kind and hospitable, unforgettable to be exact, Filomena also, nothing less. Thanks to whole of the team behind the success of this guest house.
