Exotic and quiet area away from the city center. There is a bus station close to the apartment, and for 100 AMD you can reach the center, or 2000-2500 AMD by taxi. Simple, but clean and nice room, with comfortable bed and view on Ararat. Basic breakfast. Friendly hosts.

I am a returning guest several times now here at Apex guest house. I always think that the value for what you are getting, especially in these unstable economic times here in Armenia, is the best you can possibly find! The breakfast was all laid out on the table and it looked like a work of art. All the foods are delicious. Many of the guests as well as the hosts Inna and Armen all got together that evening for some nice conversations. One of the guests played his guitar for us. We always have a great time and a wonderful stay here at Apex when we decided to go, again and again. Just outside Yerevan you will find this mini resort on a quiet side road. I say mini resort because there's so many special amenities. There's a giant swimming pool (weather permitting), a table tennis game, basketball, an outside patio, an inside lounge, an outdoor jacuzzi spa, a sauna, lots of places to sit and relax. To speak of the hosts: They are very special hosts. They will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy, and satisfied. You don't have to worry about not being able to contact them. They are always available, either on site tending to the garden or making a surprise dish for guests to try. Or just a phone call away. I have to say that in the beginning, I was only a guest to Armenia, but after meeting the hosts we decided to move here from the USA and make it our home. We would not have done this if we did not stay at Apex. I am sure of that. That is how great this place is!

We loved our stay. The property is a little far from the center, but there is a 24/7 shop nearby which is about a 5-minute walk. Keep in mind that there is no private bathroom/toilet, but the management keeps everything spotless clean, so it is not so scary to use even the common bathroom/toilet. The sheets, bed, bathroom, kitchen - everything is clean. Whoever is doing the cleaning needs a raise :) The owner was a sweetheart. She immediately provided an extra chair and a table when we requested for it. She also came right away when there was a brief issue with the water, and made our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

Rubenyan is in the hands of the kindest people! The beautiful family treated me like their own. I felt safe and right at home. I loved how clean and spacious it was. I stayed only 2 days but wish I could stay longer. And the sweet Anna makes the most delicious coffees and breakfasts.

It is brand new, the room was stylish, had two comfortable chairs and a table and a very comfortable and spacious bed. The bathroom, although small, had a very good shower. We had a room with a very good view of Mt. Ararat. Anahid was very welcoming and helpful and spoke very good English. Parking was convenient beside the hotel.

The hosts welcomed us on arrival. A private 2-story house with a clean small pool. There's a semi-closed bbq area with a big table. All amenities included. Relaxing area. Pet friendly as well.
