Very clean. The host was incredibly kind and hospitable. We felt very welcome throughout our stay!

kind hosts, rooms excellent, location magnificent, all clean and working properly

The apartment was amazing! The huge balcony with the beautiful view of the mountain was fantastic! The location was perfect being so close to the center and had convenient parking!

This place was great. Clean, Comfortable, easy parking, and a short walk to the main square. Large grocery store a block away.

Gorgeous apartment. Great views. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Bed was super comfy.

Well positioned apartment, incredibly clean (most clean apartment we have been in) - spotless, surprisingly stocked up with supplies like toothbrush, conditioner , shaving supplies , women's hygiene, even q tips, coffee capsules and tea, tissues etc everything you could think of, even some sweets AC for heating or cooling Microwave Water heater Everything important in vratsa in 2-3min walking distance, it was really crazy good position, while still able to exit to mountains via car in 5min too

perfect location, lovely neighbours, great host who went above and beyond to help me and a little home from home.

Very cute apartment full of lovely natural light! Nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked, with strong WIFI (could handle multiple people streaming and taking video calls simultaneously). The host was friendly and communicative before our stay. The location is superb - right off the main promenade but tucked away so there was no noise at night.

We chose to stay here on our way to Greece because it was situated at a convenient distance from our home, and the host allowed us to bring our Border Collie. But it ended up being a nice surprise: the two separate apartments share a nice yard on a very quiet streets, but also at a 10-minute walk to city centre where you can have a good meal or do some shopping if there is time (didn't get to visit the surroundings, but Vratsa seems a nice town, and it is situated in a beautiful mountain area for those who want to go hiking or climbing). No trouble finding parking spots. House was very clean, beds quite comfy. We will definitely return if opportunity arises.

The hotel is a small but very cozy and well placed one. I enjoyed very much the cleanliness of the room and the mountain view from the window. The staff is very helpful and friendly and there is a nice restaurant where the guests can have very good Italian style dinner.
