Cheap hotels in Isla de Sol

Absolutely beautiful place with caring hosts that put their heart into every detail. Very comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. Couldn’t think of a better place! Wish we’d stay 2 or 3 nights!

Wonderfully nice place run by the most friendly family. Great breakfast, unbelievable view and very nice comfortable beds.

Beautiful view and beautiful room. Kind hosts.

Gorgeous views, huge breakfast, hot water, and the kindest owner. Our favorite stay in all of Bolivia. Loved this place so much!!

The view from these rooms is exceptional - it’s what you’re paying for. A splurge on Isla del Sol but extremely comfortable with a lovely husband and wife team.

I had a wonderful time her at the hotel and this beautiful island. My two-night reservation quickly turned into six! My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and came with an unbeatable view, especially at sunrise. It also included a great breakfast every day to keep you going on a hike around the island. As I had just come from Peru and had all my luggage with me, I picked this hotel for is proximity to the port. Although it's still quite a climb to get here at this altitude, I definitely wouldn't have want to carry my bags any further than this!

Great value, clean rooms and the absolute BEST views from the island. Great breakfast and they offer to carry your luggage with a donkey uphill if you want to pay an extra for it.

Magical view , clean, comfortable, nice hosts

Adequate. Breakfast was nice but can't accommodate for gluten free.

Nice warm bed. Warm shower. In town. Easy to find & close to restaurants.

The bed was very comfy. I loved the heavy blanket. The view is beautiful. The stuff is very friendly and will help you with any questions (Spanish). Basic breakfast with fruits, bread, jam, juice and coffee/tea. I loved the north part of the island the most where this hostel is. People are more friendly and relaxed. VERY IMPORTANT: On the north side, you can enter the island without climbing a steep hill up with your backpack, which you have to do on the south side. The hostel provides internet in the morning and evening which worked well. If you need it during the day you can go to the nearby restaurants. But everyone is hiking the beautiful island in daytime anyway. I recommend hiking the island from north to south over the mountain and back from south to north on the beach side. It's easier. You can easily get around if you start your hike between 9-10 am. So you have enough time for breaks and lunch. Enjoy

A comfy and private place with a great view with all services, really recommended. Thanks to the owner really helpful and kind

Incredible place in a small family farm. Amazing view and very short walk to the lakeshore to swim. Close to the sun temple and also to the little town. Host is extremely nice and the accommodations are beautiful and warm. warm showers. Can’t recommend enough!!

The hosts returned the money for remaining night. Great view.

I love my stay here wish I had been on Isla del sol an extra night so I could have stayed longer, it was spotlessly clean, comfy, nice family, good breakfast... The location is also so nice great views and close to nice resturants the only thing to note is it's a good 30 minutes walking up hill from the port at 3800m altitude so make sure you're prepared for that

I LOVED the view from my room and the terrace outside my door. You truly couldn’t beat it! It was chilly at night, but the bed had plenty of blankets and was very comfortable. I slept really good. You have to go outside to get to the bathroom at night, so bring easy slip on shoes. I was the only hostel guest on the night I was there, which was kind of fun. I wish I had stayed two nights! I recommend staying two nights so you have more time to explore the island. It’s very relaxing. If you continue walking up the hill and over to the other side, there are some restaurants with amazing sunset views. I highly recommend checking that out!

Amazing home made food and breakfast (really homemade ! ) and delicate attentions all the way! Enjoy a stunning view :)

The accommodation was immaculately clean, the view spectacular and the host was very friendly.
