The location is right in front of the ocean (but not ocean front) with an amazing view just a few steps away from the sand. The weather was cloudy but we really enjoyed our morning going to the fishing point that's 3 minutes away, its a really nice sandy beach. The appliances in the house were brand new (literally, with the plastics still on), very clean and also very comfortable.

Balcony was great! Room clean and roomy. Quiet walkable location. Screen door on the balcony meant we could sleep with it open. Cool fresh air beats AC. Walkable to restaurants and ice cream!

The lovely warm courteous welcome, the cleanliness of the entrance and the car park area was a great impression to start 😀 It's situated on the edge of town, some restaurants close by and only a 30 mins walk to the "lobster" a lovely surprise how spacious and clean the room was, everything we needed was there, lovely sized bathroom with toiletries provided, lovely comfortable beds, table and chairs, 2 comfy chairs - perfect, infact we had booked 3 nights, we decided to stay an extra night, not only for sightseeing the area, a 70 minute drive to Prince Edward Island was a highlight, not to be missed, but the truly wonderful motel was a factor in our decision - can't recommend enough 😀 we would definitely come again
