Great food options, for what was a beach front swimming and camping spot. Nice vibe. Very local feel, lots of kids. Lake was lovely. Had a wonderful foot massage, better than I imagined, as a first time.

One would think that being so close to the train tracks that this could be called "track zero" would mean noise, but no, it was perfect - and one can really take an early train leaving the room just two minutes before the train departs. I also appreciated the (small) fridge in the room. Very clean, very practical, and if my aim had been to do sightseeing in Schaffhausen, would have been great for that too.
