Beautiful building and spacious room with a great view of the mountains. Very quiet! Excellent breakfast- especially the round bread. Close to train station and hiking trails as well as a stone's throw from main square. Wished I vould stay longer.

The house is located in a beautiful location with a stunning natural view. We all enjoyed this warm and lovely home in every detail. It has everything you need; the kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need, as is the rest of the house. Florian is very generous, helpful, and keen on his guests' comfort. I wish our stay could have been longer, but I will return soon and highly recommend staying here. The house is a masterpiece with all the amenities in a beautiful, classic style, and everything in it is brand new. I should also mention that there are two bathrooms in the apartment, which is quite rare, and one of them has a luxurious, large bathtub.

It was spacious, lots of light, beautiful views and convenient to the bus stop.

La mansarda è situata in un punto molto tranquillo di San Carlo, una frazione di Poschiavo che e' facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti. Vicino alla mansarda c'è una fermata dell'autobus (sia in direzione Poschiavo che verso l'Ospizio del Bernina e oltre). Nella mansarda c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare; è spaziosa, comoda e luminosa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci piacerebbe tornarci!
