The room was amazing and staff were extremely helpful with the check in process and any questions we had. The location is also perfect for day hikes and also the Fitness/Spa area are top standard! Breakfast was also fantastic!

Location a bit farther away from the main hikes (less than 10min walk) so it's a nice quiet area. Breakfast was unreal, so good! Perfect for pre hike with every option imaginable. Very nice clean hotel with a fresh bowl of apples every morning waiting in the entrance.

Staff is amazing. They are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. And the big highlight is the location and nature, which is simply breathtaking. Granted, it is a bit of hike from the village center but it is higher up with incredible views and much more peaceful/quiet vs the center. The restaurant food was also really good and everything was fresh and delicious. Lastly, the rooms have a very nice design, very efficient use of the space and very comfortable, super clean.

Nice cosy apartment with a kitchen, balcony with a great view, located in a driving distance from Lucerne. This would be a great place to stay for a night on your road trip in Switzerland, but the experience of accessing this place was stressful and disappointing.     The location was superb and the tranquillity was amazing, with views over Lake Luzern, the ideal place for getting away from it all. Reception and catering staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was continental style, varied and plentiful. The local bus stop was about a ten minute walk and the service to Brunnen railway station departed at 05 and 35 minutes past the hour. There was a small shop and ATM close to the bus stops.

    The views are incredible, I didn’t stay in one of the rooms that directly overlook the mountains, but it was a beautiful stay anyway! Small room without the shower and toilet actually had a sink and a mirror, making it way more comfortable that I expected. Shared showers and toilets very very clean. Breakfast served in front of a magnificent view, it is definetely a place worth spending a night or even more!
