Location is just perfect! If you’re using public transport to get there, the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Mesmerizing view from the balcony, beautiful garden and interiors of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a small supermarket couple minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth to visit. Our stay was exceptional.

Fantastic hotel in a magical setting. Staff was outstanding. Room was large, clean, quiet and had magnificent views. We had dinner at their restaurant each night of our stay. The food and service was exceptional. Day 1 - Took a lovely 40 min ride on the water taxi to Lucerne for a day trip in the city. Day 2 - Took a short drive to the base of Mt. Pilatus for a trip up in the cable cars. Would love to stay here again!

    The hotel staff were very friendly. The location is great for accessing Rigi via cogwheel train or Lucerne via boat. Breakfast was great with the usual inclusions (cheeses, cold meat, bread, jams and boiled eggs), and they were able to get some gluten free bread for me too, which was very nice. Having parking available was a nice bonus.

    Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after.

    The room was more of an apartment. Bugger than expected. Spotlessly clean. We loved the pop up rooftop restaurant. Excellent bbq ribs . Excellent location gor going up the Rigi

    We arrived early and were given a room straight away, along with lots of information about the area. Good location near the boat station and the Rigi Railway. The bedroom was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Small balcony overlooking Lake Lucerne.
