We stayed here for two weeks in July. I always stay in Baisha when I visit Lijiang and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The room was spacious and great for the three of us. My children enjoyed playing and drawing upstairs. Thanks to the owner and staff for a wonderful stay!

Exceptionally good. Located in the heart of lijiang ancient town, but at the same time in a very quiet area, as some parts of the town can get very loud and busy at night, So the location is perfect. All the staff are very attentive and helpful, and they went out of their way to provide halal items for our breakfast. The place is designed beautifully, the rooms and beds are comfy. We never asked for making up the rooms, but everyday the trash was taken out, provided with new clean towels, amenities and water, which was much appreciated.

The cleanliness of the room and location was perfect. The staff (ie Jing Jing) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also helped organize our day trips. The A/C is strong relative to most places we have stayed at in China.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even send a staff to fetch us from the main road. The hotel provide the free laundry. The staff gave us the best advise to travel around the Lijiang old town.

My family and I -a group of six adults and one child, had a wonderful trip to Lijiang this June, and this inn was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our journey. I wholeheartedly recommend it for the following reasons: 1. Charming setting The inn is beautifully adorned with flowers and greenery, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The courtyard is delightful, and the rooftop offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains—a perfect spot to relax. 2. Exceptional Hospitality & Warm Ambience The hosts are truly special—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, striking the perfect balance between making guests feel welcome while respecting their privacy. They shared excellent local tips on where to eat and explore, making our stay even more enjoyable. The other guests were also lovely; we had great conversations with fellow travelers, exchanging stories and recommendations. There’s a genuine sense of camaraderie here that makes the experience even more memorable. 3. Ideal Location The Inn is situated within Lijiang’s Old Town (古城) yet conveniently close to the exit. So you have easy access to transportation for trips outside the ancient city. This made exploring the wider area hassle-free while still allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the old town- steps away from all wonderful shops, sightseeing spots and restaurants. If you’re visiting Lijiang, this inn is an excellent choice—comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located. We’d gladly stay here again!
