Excellent room. Neat and clean. Our host was a super host. He took us to city tour and right on time also picked us and dropped back at the airport. Everything was so perfect. He even ordered Fish soup and rice for our lunch considering we only eat Halal

Free shuttle to and from airport, wait at level 4 departure area gate 12 (I asked the airport info to be sure and they called the hotel). It would be better if they put sign on where there shuttle stops to be more convenient to the guests. Room is great and modernize. Breakfast is great

Nobody speaks English, but everything worked perfectly. I managed to call the hotel through Wechat, they managed to answer me, the free shuttle arrived to pick us up from the airport in 5 mintes, the driver found us by foto (the shuttle bus is not identified). We stayed on for a day sleep, as our plane arrived very early (~4 am) and we needed a rest. We started immediately with the breakfast (before sleeping) and the food was very varied for different tastes. The hotel staff is friendly and they helped with all our questions. The room is spactious and well maintained. I am totally satisfied and I think this hotel suited very well our needs - to sleep in confort after a long-hall flight. It was very easy to call a taxi to the hotel to continue our journey (they also offer a free shuttle to the airport).

Location was easy to find. Ms. Ann has the best staff, very caring and accommodating. I was on a long layover heading back to USA. I was able to rest comfortably. They took care of me like family. Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS! The shower was a chef’s kiss. I didn’t want to leave.

The stuff and the crew was very kind and helpful and had this translation device that made the communication very easy. They pick me up from the airport and the next day they had a transfer for me in a convenient power to your airport. Best airport hotel I’ve ever been to.
