The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One member of staff in the reservations department went out of his way to facilitate a change in our booking when one of our travelling party was indisposed on the weekend we had originally booked.There is a superb Korean restaurant (Smoki Moto) located on the ground floor of the hotel.
