The hotel is easy to find and can be accessed without leaving the building (you do have to clear customs). The room was spacious and offered everything you could wish for - comfy mattresses, good blackout curtains (we were staying only during daytime hours as we had to bridge 14 hours between a flight from Madrid and to Melbourne), and a good shower. Excellent breakfast featuring a variety of western and Chinese/Asian options. The food was tasty and of good quality.

The Host ( husband and wife) are super friendly and helpful. The location is very closed to Disneyland. They provided shuttle to and from Disney with very cheap fare (own car driven by the husband) We were 4 of us tavelling with our twins . We went to Disney and came back very late, above 10 pm. The Host is very kind ordering food for us 2 days in row and waited for us until finished eating. The place is also convenient and quite. Room is big for 4 of us Breakfast was also good, made by the Host especially bread with egg and pao. We will come again when visiting Disney. Its a memorable stay for all of us thanks

Mr Zhao was really wonderful and helpful. I really appreciate his effort to get us familiar with the area, patiently giving us recommendation for restaurants, directions to train stations, and even attending to our various requests. We got an upgrade to family suite. The room was absolutely fantastic and spacious. We will definitely come to stay again when we stop by in Shanghai. Mr Sun and Mr Feng also were helpful in attending to our needs, helped us get a transports (even stopping taxi in the middle of the road). Overall the staffs were superb. Thumbs up to them.

It is a clean, spacious, comfortable accommodation with complete facilities. The location is close to many famous shopping places. You can walk to Nanjing Road in less than 5 minutes. From this accommodation, you can walk to The Bund and enjoy various shops. If you talk about the accommodation, I must say that the owner is more helpful. She is very helpful in various matters. My family and I just came to Shanghai for the first time. There were many questions that owner was always answered quickly and coordinated promptly. If I go back, I will definitely stay here again.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you can ask for. The location was truely goog, because the Metro was right in front of the door. The Maglev Train not even 5 min by foot. In the area there is a little coffee shop and a very cheap, but good breakfast spot, so breakfast in the Hotel for extra charge is not nescessary.

    Lovely room, the bath tub with a city view was an added bonus- but the room was lovely even without that, extra large comfortable bed, very clean, stocked fridge everyday. Breakfast was excellent, with good choice for everyone. Bar prices were good too and the terrace over looking the city at night is a lovely place for an evening drink. Location is ideal- easy walk to the Bund, Yu Yuan garden and the old town shopping street. Staff were also lovely and friendly- would definitely recommend- ideal place to stay in Shanghai
