Even though the staff did not speak English, they were very helpful. We did use translation apps, and one of the employees Zhang Kaixin was very very helpful. He helped me go to a phone store and bank and made sure I wasn’t not hungry or thirsty. Very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. So many options to choose from and it was real food
