NorwayWe had a wonderful stay at Jacky's Guesthouse. The house is located at the lower end of the village and our room had an open view out into the rice fields. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Jacky is super nice and a great host! He picked us up at the train station and dropped us off for the bus to Banna, which he organized for us. He also prepared food and gave valuable recommendations for our hike. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and I highly recommend his place if you are looking for a nice, local experience and a friendly host.

He came to get us in Jianshui and took great care of us. Took us to a wonderful site to see the terrace fields at sunset and the famous Niu Jiao Zhai Market. The location of his guest house is within walking distance to Duoyishu view point for the sunrise. Jacky upgraded our room so we could see the terrace fields of the Duoyishu fields from our room. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from the windows is mesmerizing - I highly recommend the inn :) What really makes this place special though, is the owner. Jacky is the warmest and most helpful host ever - he assisted us with planning the hiking routes and picked us up when we were left stranded in the night due to our poor time management.
