This place was fantastic and spotless. The lounge area, which also serves breakfast, had coffee and tea all day long. Our room was cozy and quite spacious. For breakfast, they had three cooked-to-order options. I tried two of them, and both were delicious. Our room faced the tram tracks, so we kept the window shut but opened the bathroom window for some fresh air. Surprisingly, the street noise was less than I thought it would be. A couple of highlights: the staff was amazing. We had a problem with the refrigerator, and they were ready to help us even after 10 PM when we arrived. We decided to take care of it in the morning instead. The beds were incredibly comfy; once I lay down, I didn’t want to get up! I would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is next to the main square of Mistek, so great location, great view, easily accessible. The hotel is clean and tidy and stylish. The breakfeast is nice. The staff is very friendly, always has a smile to you and on top of that the lady at the reception was very helpful, went the extra mile to answer any questions we had and help us with information (local transportation etc.). Líbilo se nám umístění u hromadné dopravy, takže jsme nemuseli všude jezdit autem. To jsme měli zaparkované hned pod oknem na dvoře. Byt je velmi praktický a pohodlně zařízený a hostitelé poskytují i drobné občerstvení, kávu a další milé drobnosti. V komunikaci byli velmi vstřícní a poradili nám s čím bylo třeba. Rozhodně doporučujeme a rádi se vrátíme.
