The apartment is very clean, it has everything that you need, The location is perfect for summer because it is cool in the evening so you don't have to worry for the summer heat at night, you can have a good sleep without airconditioning. We are very glad that we have chosen to stay at Casa Royale on our vacation. The owner is super friendly, he waited for us when we arrived eventhough we arrived quite late. Thank you Mr Wolfgang for your warm welcome. We will surely come back to stay.

I love the location - away from the city but at the same time well connected via a bus line and very close by car. The view of the nearby hills and towns was amazing and if you're into bird spotting or photography - you're in for a treat! Lots of birds of prey flying around the area! The apartment itself was very well equipped and I could enjoy cooking at home almost every day. When the weather is good, the table and chairs on the porch outside are a wonderful place to enjoy your meal while taking in the view and serenity of the place.

Lovely and spacious souterrain flat with nice interior design and all necessities. The view out into the garde from the living room is relaxing and the landlady was nice and forthcoming. Bus station in front of the house with a 20 minute trip to get to downtown Trier.

I had the feeling just looking at the photos and reading the reviews that the place was exceptional. Well, it was even better than I expected. It offers all a guest could expect and everything is organised in detail. The owner is very nice and friendly and the location is idyllic. You have the feeling that this place is your home!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Trier. Its proximity to the university, bus stops, and grocery stores made my daily routines incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was clean and neat, which I greatly appreciated. The host's hospitality was exceptional, making me feel right at home throughout my stay. A really nice well equipped apartment, bigger than we expected and very comfortable and relaxing. The location is outside Trier in a convenient small community with shops a very short walk away. All positive for us.
