Immediately the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with a balcony over stunning scenery. Very comfortable beds with plenty of power outlets. Huge bathroom with all the accessories one could hope for. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. I had the best Venison I have ever eaten there. Again the waitresses were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I would definitely return.

Well equipped and clean holiday home. A fenced garden and good base for nice walks with our dogs.

The breakfast and location were excellent, we had had a long journey from Holland to get here, it was about 35 miles from the autobahn and a welcome change of environment. One of our party had had an accident that required him to visit local doctor which was about 100 metres from the hotel and then hospital for a foot injury, the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, my friend unfortunately had to rest up awhile and wait for the RAC recovery and flight home which took a couple of days to organise, meanwhile local doctor and nurses were brilliant. We loved the hearty food and beer, probably not so good for vegans. There is secure parking nearby if needed.

Lovely cottage in the countryside nearby Nordhausen, perfect place to visit Mittel Dora memorial. Very nice host. Beds are very comfortable. A parking place. Wonderful view from the terrace. All equipments maybe miss a microwave.

The room was brand new, perfect, clean, quiet, modern and had a great TV screen. (we stayed in the coach house) Enough parking spaces. The breakfast was the best we ever had; all you can think off and more all fresh and tasty; even several vegan options! Specific needs will be fulfilled no questions asked. We also had dinner twice this was Michelin star worthy!!
