The apartment is located in quiet district. Not so far to tram stop, but actually we used our car to get closer to the centre of the city. Own parking place - sufficient for a bigger car and safe. The apartment is located under ground floor, so window views were not exciting. Quite a spacious accommodation: huge bathroom, sufficiently spacious kitchen, one living room (one of the beds separated by a curtain). Bed quite comfortable, sofa not so. Everything you need to prepare a meal, sufficient no of dishes. Huge TV, but without an easy access to TV channels - just via an app. Pictures of the apartment reflect actual state.

Super friendly stuff and very helpful. Hotel rooms dont have a hair dryer, but we received one after a request. We needed to print few pages. Staff let us use their computer and printer to get our jobs done.

From the seamless and clear communication to the warm welcome upon arrival, everything exceeded our expectations. The penthouse apartment was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and truly equipped with every convenience imaginable. Thank you again Stefan and Marion for creating such a haven of comfort and hospitality! 🫶 Not only did the accommodation surpass our expectations, but its location also served as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. We embarked on delightful day trips to enchanting destinations such as Königslutter am Elm, Braunschweig and Wolfsburg. Moreover, the Elm-Lappwald region, with its breathtaking forests and rolling hills, offered endless opportunities for exploration. There's so much to discover and admire in this picturesque landscape, it truly was a blissful experience!
