I loved the breezy retreat from the heat of town and beach. The place felt really safe and like a home base that I needed after a long journey to EC. Hosts beyond helpful and genuinely friendly. Walk to town was pleasant and nice to live among the locals vs a big hotel.

Stayed at delux room with sea view, what a great accommodation. The room was very clean, nicely organized and sufficiently spacious. 5 minutes walk from Montanita's center meaning it was very central but quiet, we could sleep very well. Well kept outdoor patios and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was included in our stay and was very delicious. The owner of Casa Del Sol was awesome!! the Staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for an awesome place to stay and do yoga as well as surfing (it's a 2 sec walk to the surf break) then this is the place to stay :) will 100% be staying, there again on our next trip to Montanita.

Quiet, safe, close to beach, a few minutes walk from the Olon centro, beautiful and varied tropical garden that the rooms overlook, well-designed beach-vibe rooms, excellent hot-water, and well-stocked kitchen. Could hear the surf from my room.
