Mi oficina was an incredible stay in Galapagos!The rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette that has all the necessities, the wifi works quite well (which is very difficult to find in the Galapagos), the hosts are without a doubt some of the most welcoming, friendly and genuinely concerned about the comfort of their guests! Javier is so hospitable and genuine, always a pleasure to see and to chat with during our stay. The location is perfect; it is outside of the central tourist trap with many excellent tiendas and restaurants in the surrounding blocks which cost 1/4 of that of those on the main strip (and much better quality in my opinion) But it is also within a short walks distance from that main tourist stretch for those that prefer that vibe. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Thank you Mi Oficina!

The room was beautiful, fairly big and nicely decorated. Shower was great. We had a kettle, microwave and stove top. Lots of shelves to put things on. Was in a residential area away from noise and a short walk into the town. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Mercedes was there to checkin and provide the keys at the time I requested for checkin. She went above and beyond and let me borrow and umbrella and extra towels from getting caught in the rain from walking from the port. She was so welcoming! The wifi worked as well as it could in the storm. The host helped me get a taxi in the morning and even treated me to breakfast. Beyond kind!

This is an incredibly beautiful property and Patty is an amazing host. Drinking water was available and I was able to have my laundry done right there as well. Location was great! Patty answered so many questions and helped coordinate hints when I needed them. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nely is the best host you can find in Puerto Ayora. She helped me with everything I needed. Her and all her family were very helpful. I work online so I needed a good connection and the internet worked perfectly my entire stay. I had a variety of breakfast everyday and Nely was so kind to borrow a bicicleta to enjoy the city. I will definitely come back and will recommend Nely’s suites to my family and friends.

    The place is perfect, the rooms get cleaned every morning and the common areas are spotless and in a very central location. Reuben and Daniel couldn’t be anymore accommodating or helpful whether it’s for advice on tours, booking ferry tickets or where to go for dinner! 100% would happily recommend this place to anyone.
