property very tastefully refurbished, good bed and excellent breakfast

I was honestly nervous that this space would be too small, but it was perfect for two people who wanted a quiet stay near Elizondo. We stayed for a week here and we loved it the entire time. Easy parking. The views are amazing, the bed and couch were comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen for cooking most of our meals. It has an induction stove with two burners. There is no oven or air fryer, but we did just fine without them. A washer, dishwasher, and some cleaning supplies were available on the same floor of the apartment, which was helpful for a longer stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. The property owner is super kind, personable, and helpful. Half way through our stay she gave us new sheets and asked if we needed anything else. It is clear that she cared about our experience there. As an added bonus, it was AMAZING to stay in air conditioning after surviving a heat wave in France the week before.

Comfortable welcoming mountain resort

Very nice welcome from the staff. In an isolated town, but genuinely a fantastic getaway if you want to chill in the Basque countryside. Clean, spacious, and a fridge with fair priced beer, cider, wine, and snacks. Nice outdoor area and amazing views too.

The location, room, service and breakfast were excellent. The room was much larger than expected and was very modern. The shower was excellent and both the handheld wand and a rain shower head. I would stay at this hotel again. The staff accommodated an early breakfast for me so that I could start my hike earlier.

Property is very nice and central. Some bars and restaurant are walking distance, very close by. Parking is easy. The host was very nice and accommodating. I’d stay here again.
