Had a fabulous 4 night stay here from the minute you walk in you are greeted by wonderful reception staff all very friendly and helpful the room was lovely super comfortable bed and pillows lovely large walk in shower a safe which you actually did not have to pay for which is a first! The pool area is lovely and relaxing plenty of beds the lifeguard is chatty and helpful the snack bar food is really good and reasonable and they don’t rip you off for the drinks which are pretty much the same everywhere Breakfast is amazing so much choice lovely clean and fresh and again all the staff are lovely and the position of the hotel is fantastic the market is 2 mins walk behind the hotel and the main strip is literally 5 mins away but you would never know it as it’s lovely and quiet around the hotel the beach is a 10 mins walk straight down the rd we can’t wait to go back next year and will definitely be staying here as it’s a no brainer! Couldn’t fault anything

We had a fantastic stay there! Everything was clean and new. The location is also very good. We had a quick response to all our messages and had a possibility to have an early check - in.

The cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast offered a good selection and the staff are lovely. The rooms are cleaned every day unless you leave the note on your door handle to say do not disturb. The location of this hotel is the best you can get, your in walking distance to Levante beach, Poniente beach, the old town and your on the doorstep of Mediterranean avenue. The hotel room itself is large with a huge sofa and a double bed with a really firm comfortable mattress. There is a good size balcony with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. The en-suite is modern and super clean with a powerful shower and two different heads to choose from and lots of hot water. You have a kettle and mugs, a large tv and a small fridge. Lots of space to hang clothes. I will definitely be back.

The location is great. The hotel is perfect for seniors . The staff seems to be a little stressed. The buffet is ok for 3 stars.

Perfect location, on edge of old town. Lots of shops & restaurants, lots of selection. Close to walk to either beach, hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of selection, rooms were modern & cleaning staff did a great job everyday. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again when we return to Benidorm. Highly recommended!

- The apartment is nice with a view at the pool - They clean it every 2 -3 days - The buffet was good - They do activities everyday for kids and for adults - the room is equipped with needed tools.

My stay at the Poseidon Resort in Benidorm was fantastic! The rooms were modern and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathrooms were also a highlight, especially the amazing shower. Plus, it was only a five minute walk to the beach. I thought the resort was extremely good value for the price, and the staff were all very friendly

Beautiful Grounds: The hotel grounds are maintained and walking around the property was a pleasure, as we were surrounded by plants and flowers. The entire area was clean and well-kept, creating a serene and pleasant environment. Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was spacious and spotless, featuring a large balcony that offered a lovely place to relax. The cleanliness and comfort of our room greatly contributed to our positive experience. Delicious and Varied Food: The food at the hotel was delicious. Initially, we had booked just breakfast, but we were so impressed with the variety and quality that we upgraded to full board. Convenient Location: While the hotel is a bit further from the promenade and main tourist areas, we found that it had everything we needed right on-site.
