The property is wonderful with amazing views to nearby plantations and sea. Very calm area and a great place to enjoy the stars. Goyo and his wife are welcoming, helpful and all in all great people. The house is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Our favourite part for sure was the possibility to pick fresh local fruit and veggies. Great location and close to Playa Nogales, Cubo de la Galga, El Tendal, Charco Azul, Marcos and Cordero and Tilos. A quick 20min drive from Santa Cruz. When we come back to La Palma we would for sure stay here again.

We loved the location - the trails in the forest behind the house are spectacular. A local restaurant and bar are only 1km walk. The lounge was very cosy. The underfloor heating and fire made it hard to leave the rug on the floor. The bed was big and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor seating areas - they catch the sun and have magnificent views of the forest and sea. The welcome fruit - grown in the garden - was unexpected and incredibly appreciated. The homemade wine is dangerously delicious - perhaps some of the best wine we have tried. The fresh bread delivery every morning - if you leave €1.10 in a bag on the front door handle. Wonderful rooms and house in general, it felt very welcoming. Everything was perfectly clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything you did not know you might need. It also provides items as cooking oil, sugar, salt, tea and coffee. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was without any problem, he was very kind and helpful. He picked us from the bus stop so we did not have to go on foot with the baggage (we travelled by bus). The surrounding is quiet and there is a spectacular forest close to the house.
